Summer Accelerator at HubSpot, Powered by Rough Draft Ventures

A 12-week summer accelerator for student-founded startups selling to SMBs.

The RDV+HubSpot Summer Accelerator program will illuminate the top student-founded startups across schools in the US focused on the SMB space. This 12-week accelerator will be located in Cambridge, MA at HubSpot's HQ.
 
Throughout the summer, RDV and HubSpot will work with 4-5 student-founded teams to help build out their businesses. At the end of the summer, the teams will have a final demo day and a chance to pitch RDV for $25k in backing and the chance to pitch HubSpot for $25k in backing.

To qualify, teams must be comprised of students who will have either graduated in Spring of 2018, or will be going back to school in Fall of 2018. The deadline to apply is April 13th.

What do you get?

The selected startup teams will receive the following benefits:

  • Office space at HubSpot HQ in Cambridge, MA for 12 weeks
  • Mentorship sessions from HubSpot executives and subject-matter experts
  • Mentorship sessions from Rough Draft Ventures mentors or General Catalyst portfolio founders
  • Access to the HubSpot for Startups Seed-Stage program
  • Access to the Rough Draft Ventures Starter Kit with over $100K in discounts and partnerships
  • Present at final demo day and have the chance to pitch HubSpot for $25K in funding and Rough Draft Ventures for $25K in backing

How do you qualify?

Startup teams wishing to apply need to meet the following eligibility criteria:

  • Target market must include small- and medium-sized businesses
  • Teams may be of any size, but HubSpot will host up to four employees from each team
  • At least one team member must be a student (undergraduate or graduate) who will have either graduated in Spring 2018 or will be going back to school Fall 2018

The deadline to apply is April 13, 2018
